Today's Riddles: Is it Seattle WA or Wentzville MO?

Forget the Space Needle or Puget Sound.

The far More obvious clue is to look at Math Leadership in the School System.

#1.... A school district promises to use Singapore materials but does nothing more.

#2.... A school district buys materials but does not use them. At many schools the materials remain in unopened boxes at others the teachers are unaware the boxes of materials are in the building (somewhere).

#6.... Extensive planning for the training of teachers in Singapore Math takes place. The planning is actually already being implemented not just planned or talked about or revised several times. I know I gave it away with the Non-Blue information.
