What if things are worse than our government officials care to share with us? CIT bank failure? 1 in 5 unemployed? First half 2009 1.5 million foreclosures?

As I sit idly by waiting to hear if my mortgage application gets processed for the upteenth time, I'm wondering if it doesn't just make bolder sense to move to Costa Rica and open a coffee bar.
