Compel parents to send their students to school. That sounds popular? Levy comes off sounding practical. Who's going to pay for it? Obama hopefully.<br /><br />3. Send more students to expensive universities such as the University of Phoenix for instance and earn creative degrees. Hey, even UP supports the Superbowl.<br /><br />4. Let the DOE take over the business of ranking colleges. Why?<br /><br />5. Produce more qualified college graduates?
