TB, the WASL Queen who was the world expert on 'everything' about the NCLB, will never be charged because she is an embarrassment for everyone who supported her.

She was elected three times, so that pretty much includes everyone connected to education and Washington state politics, including Gregoire.

You can pretty much look at every district in the state - from Lummi to Bellevue and there isn't one student in the past 10 years, who has not been adversely affected by her meddling.

When I was in HS, I couldn't tell you who the OSPI superintendent was, but today everyone knows.
